Please note that certain specialized bookings, such as Disney vacations or air-only travel, may require a planning fee depending on the complexity and scope of the request. For Large groups there is also a non-refundable $250 fee.

Yes, we offer comprehensive travel insurance that covers a variety of unforeseen circumstances. Castle and Sand Travel is associated with several travel insurance suppliers with numerous options to fit your budget and needs.
Cancellation policies vary and are dependent on the supplier(s) used to book your vacation.
Discounts for group bookings can be available and do vary from supplier to supplier. To qualify for a group rate or discount certain conditions must be met which again, are specific to each suppler.
We accept payment methods that include credit/debit cards, and 3rd party payment plans through FlexPay (if you qualify).
Once you have chosen a destination and approve all aspects of your vacation package you will receive a credit card authorization form. You will receive this form from me once the deposit amount it set for your agreed upon itinerary. This form is specific to your trip and can be used to authorize any payments towards your trip.
Some destinations may have specific health or vaccination requirements. If your destination of choice carries any health or vaccination requirement I will inform you of what they are.
Packing recommendations vary based on the destination and time of year. I will provide packing tips and checklists for your destination prior to your departure.
